FISH IN DILL CREAM SAUCE
* 1 Shallot
* 1 - 2 tbls Butter
* 1/3 cup White Wine
* 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
* Salt to taste
* Fresh Dill or dried dill
Saute shallot in 1 - 2 tbls butter on low heat until golden. Pour in 1/2 cup white wine and let reduce to 1/2 on medium heat. Pour in cream and heat. Put salt to taste. Put in Dill right before serving.
